Distances Are Not Accurate

Ive been using this app for 4 months. I have compared the distances recorded with Health and another, very reliable, GPS App. The distances are off by .25 - .30. This causes all the time and distances calcs to be off. I let Mio know about it and they didnt acknowledge it as a problem they would look into much less fix.
The HR sensor to phone connection is finicky and takes too long. No one want s to wait30 secs or more for the app to start recording their HR to get going on a run.
Other than these problems it beats the old HR monitor I used to have.
