iOS 9.1, v. 2.6.3, half year with Mio FUSE

Month by month there were more problems with opening Mio GO. One time I wasnt able to sync with Mio FUSE. Checking logs in backup files helped (why there are no logs in-app?). After a half of the year I just have not been able to open Mio GO even after 200 tries. Clearing database helped but hey, I just wanted to have contiguous runout history! Updates of firmware two times in a year, sorry. No more functionality except sleep tracking which doesnt detect Ive slept for 5h and was awake for the next 5h.. 97% sleep efficiency? Why you cant give us the FUSEs API or firmwares source code? Is it a total mess? Maybe make it open source. Device has huge potential, I just dont know why its functionality is sooo limited. Looks like project which is no more funded.
