App does not work consistently

I got my Fuse in September and it worked great. For the past couple of months, the app cant seem to "find" my device, and then when it does, it only syncs the data about once every five times. Also, the distance and elevation are way off when I use another app or a Garmin to track at the same time. So far both the app and device seem pretty worthless.
