Does Mio even care about its own app?

After so many releases and updates, the Mio GO app still does not have the ability to export the saved activities, as promised many months ago. And after all these updates, the same app still is not able to tell you the current firmware of your device. Do Mio GO’s own developers look at all these 1-star reviews to improve this abysmal app?
