Health App integration broken

While Syncing is finally working again (last update broke it for me), the current version now has issues integrating with the health app (which used to work fine). Now when I sync it will randomly add 3 entries to 2 days prior which are random numbers that throw everything off. Its weird and there doesnt seem to be much logic to it
