Support-Rufnummer für Deutschland wird nach USA geleitet in ein Call Center für Apple und Microsoft (Certified Partner). Dort kennt man Mio Global nicht. Kann also weder rechtlich/vertraglich noch technisch helfen.
Ohne die App ist die Mio Link sinnvoll nur mit einer kompatiblen Sportuhr zu nutzen.
