Unable to Pair Watch With App

I like the fact that the heart rate is accurate. But I follow the pairing instructions and the app cannot find my watch. If I cant get it working by the end of today, the watch is going back to the store.

I have an iPhone 6+ and Ive never had problems pairing Bluetooth devices.
